1. Abnormal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, or taking apart of the product, Handling, storage, installation, fluctuations, severe weather, power outages or any electrical incidents, natural disaster, or any other damage caused by the unintended use of the product.
2. Unsuitable physical or operating environment, beyond product specifications. Incorrect power supplies are being used with products.
3. Power fluctuations or surges – be sure to use a surge protector. Failure caused by a non-TIGERSECU product being used with your TIGERSECU products.
4. Modification or alteration of hardware or software, including the removal of any TIGERSECU logos or brand identification.
5. Loss of data – please be sure to regularly back up any recorded data on your hard drive to a separate storage device, such as an external hard drive, thumb drive, or computer.
Note for Case of Return/Replacement:
1. Order must be sold directly by TIGERSECU Amazon store or our official website. TIGERSECU has not authorized anyone else to sell TIGERSECU and has never resold any wholesale items to any other resellers. TIGERSECU products purchased through unauthorized 3rd parties must be returned in accordance with the seller.
2. The warranty period for a purchase does NOT restart at the time of a replacement. The warranty period is valid only from the original purchase date. Replacements are processed upon product availability and in most cases the replacement will be manufacturer refurbished.
3. Returned items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer in order not to affect the secondary sales.
4. TIGERSECU does not cover return shipping costs for the return exceed 30 days of the original purchase date.
5. TIGERSECU does not cover the third-party expenses incurred such as installation fees, additional shipping fees, custom fees, VAT, etc.
1. If the product is faulty, you could send it back for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. TIGERSECU will cover return shipping fees.
2. If the product is completely broken, we could offer you a full refund or resend you a new one since you submit the problem within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. If the product is slightly damaged and you want to retain it, we would offer you a partial refund.
4. If you have emailed us for a refund, once we have approved it your money will be refunded. The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account is based on the payment method you used.
5. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, or any other damage caused by the unintended use of the product, the customer must pay the return shipping costs as well as the tariffs caused. A 20% restocking fee will be charged according to the specific case.
1. For used items which are purchased more than 30 days, you may get a replacement or a partial refund within warranty due to quality problems. Please note that replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item, TIGERSECU will cover return shipping fees.
2. TIGERSECU does not offer model exchanges, your replacement unit will be of the same model as the original purchase.
3. If your order is past 30 days, your replacement will be a fully tested, manufacturer refurbished unit.
4. Our receiving department opens and verifies all returned items to ensure we receive proper items.
How to request a warranty?

2. Please follow the warranty process and we will update the customer in 24 hours and solve it soon.
3. Describe the problem of the item in detail (what happened and when?), stating your Order ID and product model number.
4. Tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
5. Clear pictures or videos of the defects in good lighting might be needed.
6. Refund, return or replacement requests approved. (The RMA team reserves the right to approve or deny the refund, return, or replacement requests.)
